Elevation Auto Repair

I've been here twice after the Honda dealership raised the hairs on my neck with 'needs replacing' suggestions...one was for power steering problem (Honda wanted 450 to replace the pump at 116k mi) and second time for oil pan replacement bc previous owner stripped the bolt completely.  The first time elevation said 'that sounds kind of early for a power steering pump to go- let us take a look and see if its not the O ring shrinking up on the cold'. Sure enough, $200 instead and problem solved.  Power steering pump was fine.  No more noise.  Oil pan change was $100 more at the stealership- I explained that 5hrs to leave the car would mean I was stranded...he said 'I will get you set up with our loaner car'. Great, honest, no up selling.  Very pleased

Nobody better in town! Taken my vehicles to Elevation for the past few years and will do so for every service need. Honest and Fair.

Super honestly run business.  I have never come across such a super mechanic!!  My cars will never go to anyone else!

We have been taking our cars to Matt and Miguel since we moved here in 2008. They both take the time to go over the work that is needed, and have the best prices in town. They provide a summary after the work is complete and make recommendations as needed. We have never had to go back to have anything redone.

Very impressed with the team at Elevation Auto. Echoing the sentiments of the other reviewers, they are honest, thorough, and fantastic at communicating issues, solutions, and perfecting their craft at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be back, and having found such a good mechanic, won’t dare go anywhere else or allow anyone else to touch my vehicles.

Best shop in town! These guys know what they're doing and have always been helpful and knowlegeable. If you want your car fixed right go here.

I've been bringing our cars to Matt and Elevation Auto for about 5 years now - there's a reason we've been coming back that long. The work is competent and he stands behind everything they do but most importantly is honesty and trust. Let's face it, once your car is in a shop its a bit of a crap shoot. I can drop my or my wife's car off and have complete confidence that only work that's necessary is what will be done and what we'll be charged for. You can't put a price tag on that.
